On behalf of the Board of Directors of the World Association of Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP) and the International Academy for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (IAPP) we send you our best regards and wish you success in your professional work.
Our method of Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (PPT) (after Nossrat Peseschkian, 1968) is known worldwide and recognized by the World Council of Psychotherapy and the European Association for Psychotherapy as a method of psychotherapy. It has been introduced in more than 70 countries. The WAPP is dedicated to spread this method throughout the world. The WAPP head office locates in Wiesbaden, Germany.
We would like to present you PPT that is psychodynamic method of transcultural psychotherapy with humanistic image of man. We offer long-term training programs all over the world and would be happy to present it to your professionals and students.
The training is aimed to teach professionals how to effectively help other people to deal with their different psychological issues such as family and marital difficulties, psychosomatic disorders and other despite of their cultural background.
The concepts of PPT are based on belief that man is good by nature and full of capacities that can be developed.
Within the training you will also learn how:
- to keep your life in balance
to effectively deal with conflicts
To feel the meaning of life leave your own goals
The whole training program is divided on two parts: basic course and master course.
The basic course program consists of 120 hours (usually 3 module of 4 days within the period of 6-12 month).
The participants with medical, psychological, educational or social background will receive the certificate of ‘Basic consultant of Positive Psychotherapy’
The other participant will receive the certificate of attendance.
The Master Course is available only for professional with at least bachelor degree from above mentioned fields. It includes 10 module within 2,5 years.
